We understand that life happens, so if you need to cancel due to illness or an emergency, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you're unable to attend, we’re happy to reschedule your consultation or service within a reasonable time frame, depending on availability. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 3 to 7 business days once the cancellation is confirmed.
